{"id":3446,"date":"2025-03-11T22:09:58","date_gmt":"2025-03-11T22:09:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oevcoaching.com\/?p=3446"},"modified":"2025-03-11T22:09:59","modified_gmt":"2025-03-11T22:09:59","slug":"gestion-de-objetivos-okr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oevcoaching.com\/es-mx\/gestion-de-objetivos-okr\/","title":{"rendered":"Gesti\u00f3n de objetivos OKR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Toda organizaci\u00f3n establece metas que quiere lograr, algunas las establecen por escrito y las comunica a las personas que ah\u00ed trabajan, otras lo hacen no tan formalmente y tampoco lo comunican apropiadamente. El hecho es que existen metas u objetivos que se planifican y se quieren lograr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los objetivos dan la direcci\u00f3n a las personas que trabajan en una organizaci\u00f3n y las ponen en movimiento para ir progresando en la realizaci\u00f3n de esos objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OKR<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>OKR son las siglas de Objectives and Key Results (Objetivos y Resultados Clave); es una metodolog\u00eda que ayuda a asegurar que la empresa se centra en los mismos temas importantes en toda la organizaci\u00f3n. Se trata de un protocolo de colaboraci\u00f3n para establecer objetivos en las empresas, equipos de trabajo e individuos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es un objetivo?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Un objetivo responde a un QU\u00c9 hay que lograr, QU\u00c9 se quiere alcanzar. Dan direcci\u00f3n clara a la organizaci\u00f3n, a los equipos y a las personas. Los objetivos son concretos, trascendentes, son un llamado a la acci\u00f3n y son fuente de inspiraci\u00f3n (idealmente). Cuando se dise\u00f1an y utilizan de manera adecuada, suponen un remedio contra el pensamiento confuso y la ejecuci\u00f3n imprecisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 son los resultados clave?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los resultados clave son los entregables concretos a producir y lograr, son los marcadores de referencia y monitorizan C\u00d3MO llegamos llegamos a ese objetivo. Los resultados clave tienen que ser espec\u00edficos, medibles, concretos, agresivos y al mismo tiempo realistas y establecerse en un marco temporal (tiempo); si no incluye una cifra, no es un resultado clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un resultado clave se cumple o no se cumple; no hay t\u00e9rmino medio ni cabe ninguna duda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Planes de acci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los planes de acci\u00f3n re\u00fanen las acciones, actividades importantes y necesarias para que un resultado clave se ponga en movimiento, en acci\u00f3n. Las acciones son el trabajo f\u00edsico que se necesita para que cualquier resultado que se quiere o pretende lograr, s\u00e9 realice. Sin un plan de acci\u00f3n que soporte a un OKR, no existe la posibilidad que sea realizable ese OKR. Como dice un refr\u00e1n japon\u00e9s: \u201cprop\u00f3sito sin acci\u00f3n es un sue\u00f1o, pero acci\u00f3n sin prop\u00f3sito es una pesadilla\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero las acciones necesarias para poner en movimiento y que progrese la ejecuci\u00f3n de un resultado clave, necesita de un orden, de una planificaci\u00f3n que establece las prioridades operativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toda acci\u00f3n necesita un responsable que es el due\u00f1o de esa acci\u00f3n o trabajo a realizar; as\u00ed como establecer un estimado en que fecha esa acci\u00f3n necesita estar terminada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo que pone en movimiento un OKR, son las acciones que se tienen que realizar; por lo tanto, las acciones mantienen a las personas enfocadas en \u00e9l aqu\u00ed y en \u00e9l ahora, en \u00e9l presente y en el trabajo necesario a realizar para que los OKR progresen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gesti\u00f3n de OKR\u2019s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed como un objetivo puede ser vigente por un a\u00f1o o m\u00e1s, los resultados clave evolucionan a medida que el trabajo progresa. Una vez que todos los resultados clave se han logrado, el objetivo se alcanza obligatoriamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los OKR establecen prioridades, enfocan los esfuerzos, coordinan el trabajo entre equipos y personas y conectan operaciones diversas, dando un prop\u00f3sito com\u00fan a toda la organizaci\u00f3n, equipos y personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a un estudio realizado por la empresa Deloitte que se llev\u00f3 a cabo por dos a\u00f1os, establece que nada tiene mayor impacto que plantear objetivos definidos con claridad por escrito y compartirlos libremente con los equipos y las personas; los objetivos generan confluencia, claridad, prop\u00f3sito, inspiraci\u00f3n y satisfacci\u00f3n de las personas en sus trabajos.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los OKR (Objectives and Key Results) ayudan a transformar metas en acci\u00f3n, alineando equipos y esfuerzos hacia resultados medibles. \u00bfC\u00f3mo funcionan y por qu\u00e9 pueden revolucionar la gesti\u00f3n de tu empresa?
